  • Your first consult includes an in-depth examination of your health history and everything that has brought you to this point in time in your healing journey. Your individual prakruti and vikruti will be assessed, providing a roadmap for your reference. You will be introduced to the basic concepts of Ayurveda so you may build a strong foundation for your healing.

  • Follow-up consults are a chance to check in and see how you are doing with any previous recommendations. Any new concerns that come up will be addressed and integrated into your optimal health plan. Treatments may be scheduled at this time to support you in finding and maintaining your optimal balance.

  • Based on your unique plan, more in-depth treatments are available on an ongoing basis to aid in your healing process:

  • Led by the five elements and the experience of the five senses, this class utilizes belly dance technique to build a foundation of strength for your sacred feminine to emerge. Class consists of a thorough warm up, embodiment exercises, drills, and choreography.

  • A container designed specifically for you and your unique needs, we will explore movement and embodiment at a pace that is right for you, focused on building confidence and independence in your embodiment practice.
